Responsibilities
- Planning the selling activities and putting sales goals
and policies in the company, like the products, prices,
distribution, and promotion policies.
- Organizing the sales activities.
- Fulfilling the sales activities.
- Following up the competitor trend and plans.
- Supervising the sales team efforts.
- Coordinating the sales activities with other company
departments, like marketing, procurements, warehouses,
production and finance.
- Observing and evaluating the sales activities, receive
reports, correct the results that has been reached, and
take the corrective procedures in order to develop the
performance.
- Determining and analyzing the customer service team
training needs.
- Motivating the customer service team, and find the
compensation system which motivate the team.
- Following-up the current season sales in the branches,
for studying and analyzing the strength and weak points.
- Putting the sales offers plan, with defining the offers
period and the expected sales rate within this period.
- Putting the sales target for every branch, in order to
increase the sales rate.
- Making weekly, monthly and seasonal sales reports, and
providing them to the higher management.
- Coordinating with the human resources department to put
a development plan for the branches employees.
- Coordinating with the marketing department regarding the advertising campaigns.
