Responsibilities
* Responsible of managing routine office duties, distribute information to staff and others
* Provides senior level administrative support to the General Manager
* Follow up with all departments regarding duties and daily report
* Arrangements of special events, meetings, conferences, organization of office functions
* Maintains customer’s database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
* Make outdoor meetings with Customers if requested
Qualifications
* Hold a Diploma degree at the university.
* At least 5 years of experience in management and related field
* Good oral and written communication skills and the ability work well with others.
* very Good in read, write and understand English
* Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn customized programs quickly
