Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance through various channels such as calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Handle all matters concerning orders, payments, shipping, and product details.
Manage customer orders and ensure that delivery is carried out correctly and on time.
Work with other departments (Field Operations, Storage Facilities, Suppliers) to address customer issues in a timely manner.
Document customer complaints and continuously improve workflows for resolving customer issues.
Always treat customers in a polite, helpful, and professional manner without exception.
Proactively address customer needs and ensure their satisfaction to build lasting loyalty.
Qualifications
Earlier worked in customer service or call centers (ideal candidates worked in e-commerce, logistics, or retail).
Possesses Arabic communication skills and English is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and proficient in solving problems.
Capable of managing several activities simultaneously and able to work under stress in a swift moving environment.
Microsoft Office and customer support tools user skilled.
Willing to adapt as well as learn while working and growth in a fast-moving company as part of a team.
