Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Log all help desk interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
Assist with onboarding of new users and provide basic training when necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Availability for full-time work, including possible evening or weekend shifts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
