Responsibilities
1.Facilitation of PSS Activities and meetings
•Conduct regular support and follow-up sessions with children and caregivers involved in feedback committees
•Use participatory and age-appropriate methods to promote emotional well-being, confidence, and constructive dialogue
2.Support to Feedback Committees
•Assist in training committee members on humanitarian rights, accountability, and ethical M&E practices
•Facilitate interactive feedback sessions and ensure safe spaces for children and caregivers to express concerns
•Help develop and explain child-friendly complaint forms and visual feedback tools
3. Coordination and Collaboration
•Work closely with MEAL and integrity teams to ensure feedback is documented and addressed
•Coordinate logistics for committee meetings, including transportation and materials
•Liaise with community centers and schools to place feedback boxes and posters
4. Monitoring and Reporting
•Track attendance, participation, and psychosocial outcomes of sessions
•Report any protection concerns or high-risk cases to the integrity focal point
•Contribute to activity reports
Qualifications
•Degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field
•Strong understanding of humanitarian accountability and child protection principles
•Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in Arabic; basic English preferred
•Emotionally mature, empathetic, and committed to do-no-harm approaches
Specific Vacancy Requirements

Purpose of the Role
To facilitate psychosocial support activities that empower children and caregivers to participate meaningfully in humanitarian accountability processes. The facilitator will lead structured sessions, support feedback mechanisms, and ensure safe, inclusive engagement aligned with Core Humanitarian Standards
Reporting to: Project officer and and Integrity Focal Point.
