Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator and Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and communications
Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
Implement and improve administrative workflows for operational efficiency
