Qualifications
- University degree (BA or Masters)/ in psychology or equivalent degree Social Work. Preferably Masters Degree in counselling, psychotherapy, brief psychological interventions or other MHPSS-related qualification.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in the field of social work.
- Volunteering or employment in MHPSS, Health or Protection service provision or administration
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
- Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in utilization of databases and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work with teams, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high quality work.
- Emotional maturity and agility in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in MHPSS service provision, group work and /or community-based activities
- Previous NGO experience.
- Ability to travel and visit other governorates when there is a need.
