Responsibilities
The Stock Control Coordinator will assist the Stock Control Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards.
Main responsibilities:
1. Record and update all stock transactions, purchase orders, and movements into the warehouse management system.
2. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or urgent requirements to the Supervisor.
3. Assist in follow-up of purchasing, repair, shipping, and customs clearance operations in coordination with relevant departments.
4. Maintain an updated filing system for catalogs, brochures, technical data, suppliers, and price lists.
5. Support in preparing periodic inventory reports and submitting them to the Stock Control Supervisor and Finance Directorate.
6. Participate in regular physical inventory checks, reconciliations, and audits.
7. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, security, and quality standards.
8. Coordinate with Maintenance and Technical Departments to provide the required spare parts on time.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
• 2 Years of experience in similar field.
• Intermediate institute in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Good command of English (reading and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferred).
