Responsibilities
1. Planning and Executing Operational Activities
Organize and oversee purchasing, maintenance, and vehicle management operations to ensure workflow continuity, efficiency, and cost control.
2. Managing Suppliers and Internal Teams
Communicate with suppliers and contractors, evaluate their performance, and supervise internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks.
3. Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting
Prepare regular reports on performance, costs, maintenance, and procurement activities, and analyze results to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in business or management field;
2. More than 3 years working experience in admin position;
3. Familiar with the operation in MS office, including Excel, Word etc.;
4. very Good in English Speaking, writing and reading;
5. Good management skills for the following services: maintenance , pest control , general cleaning, security, vehicles.
6. Able to work under pressure
7. Able to working during weekends or at night if required.
