Responsibilities
*Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership & Planning:
•Develop and execute long-term corporate strategies aligned
with the board’s vision.
•Drive business growth, market expansion, and diversification
opportunities in the metals industry.
2.Operational Management:
•Oversee the group’s industrial subsidiaries and ensure
operational efficiency.
•Implement performance monitoring systems and continuous
improvement programs.
3.Financial Management:
•Ensure strong financial performance and cost optimization.
•Approve budgets, monitor cash flow, and safeguard financial
sustainability.
4.Corporate Governance & Compliance:
•Establish corporate governance frameworks, policies, and
procedures.
•Ensure compliance with Syrian laws, international standards,
and industry regulations.
5.Human Capital & Organizational Development:
•Build strong leadership teams and promote a performance-
driven culture.
•Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce
optimization.
6.Stakeholder Relations:
•Represent the group with government bodies, investors, and
international partners.
•Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and
business associations.

Qualifications
*Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
•Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing
sectors, including at least 7 years in executive leadership
roles.
•Proven track record in corporate governance, financial acumen,
and strategic leadership.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making
skills.
•Fluency in Arabic and English
