- Being familiar with the company handbook and complying with the Company policies and procedures.
- Deliver, within the planned timeframe, projects as prioritized by the top management, sustaining the highest quality standards and abiding by ECOBUILD’s quality control policy by:
- Review deliverables and exercise the self-check on completed tasks;
- Evaluate project data for accuracy with regard to the review checklist;
- Comply with project specifications, and client requirements, in addition to the latest applicable authorities’ regulations, engineering codes, standards and guidelines, and technical CADD manual.
- Report task completion and update the project status on a regular basis.
- Prepare the electrical detailed drawing for HV, LV, and ELV system layouts using the latest AutoCAD software in accordance with the BS, IEC standard, and local authority’s regulation and requirements.
- Prepare load distribution schedule as per electrical layout requirements of the project and prepare single line diagram and specifications.
- Work proficiently in the latest AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, DIALux, MEP Revit and ETAP software, and other related electrical engineering software.
- Perform short circuit calculation, voltage drop calculation, load schedule, load flow analysis, Lighting Power Density (LPD), and electrical one-line diagram to design electrical power distribution MV/LV and ELV Systems.
- Perform sketch lighting, small power, electrical equipment, and auxiliary layout.
- Design Telephone & data system, Fire Detection and Alarm System, Lightning and Grounding protection system (low current), trunking, and cable tray.
- Develop and Implement standards, methods, processes, and procedures for reviewing, evaluating, and inspecting energy efficiency projects. Analyze and verify all energy savings calculations and computer
