Responsibilities
•Do regular health check to make sure employees are fit and healthy.
•Help in emergencies and give first aid quickly when needed.
•Send serious cases to hospitals or specialists for further care.
•Provide health advice to staff to help them stay well.
•Follow up with staff who have long-term health problems.
•Keep medical records safe, private, and up to date.
•Help plan for health emergencies like outbreaks or accidents.
•Work with hotel managers to improve health and safety at work.
•Conduct medical assessments for sick staff and guests, providing basic treatment and support.
•Prepare Medical report monthly.
•Communicate with hospital and doctors to resolve the case of the employees.
•Manage sick leave by coordinating with the insurance-contracted doctors.
•Working hours: 8 hours per day, with 6 working days and 1 day off per week.
