Responsibilities
Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and management actions.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or
investigation outcomes.
Coordinate and follow up with internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
Regular monitoring of the compliance management system to determine whether the
Framework and related policies and processes are being adhered to.
Facilitating and monitoring the implementation of effective risk management practices by
operational management.
Report to the Compliance Manager on the general status of compliance.
Review, monitor, and the corrective actions.
Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation and participate in
conducting the investigations and follow-up as needed.
Provide support and compliance training to ensure that all relevant employees are trained.
on compliance-related topics regularly.
Assist with internal or external audits as needed.
Conduct and follow up on the risk management activities following the SAMS risk management framework.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

University degree in finance.
Minimum 3 years experience in finance-related fields.
Good communication skills both verbal and written (English and Arabic).
Ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
Dependability with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong influence and negotiation skills.

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
