Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A- Dynamics 365 F&O Development :
-Design, develop, and maintain advanced customizations in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, extensions, and best development practices.
- Support development across ERP modules including Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Procurement, Inventory, and Timekeeping.
- Build and maintain SSRS reports, data entities, custom services, and business events.
B- Integrations & System Architecture:
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Troubleshoot integration issues including data synchronization problems, API failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support data migration initiatives, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and post-deployment stabilization.
C- Platform Stability & Performance:
- Optimize ERP performance, resolve system issues, and support Microsoft platform updates and releases.
- Implement solution deployment and version control using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Support security roles, permissions, and system compliance configurations.
D- Collaboration & Technical Leadership:
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with finance, accounting, operations, and IT teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and technical documentation.

Qualifications
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification or equivalent. MB 500
2. PL-400 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Additional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform are considered an advantage.
Professional Experiences:
7+ years of experience in software development.
3+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
Strong experience with ERP integrations and enterprise APIs.
Experience with SQL, SSRS reporting, data entities, and data migration processes.
Solid understanding of financial systems and accounting processes.
