Education:
- University degree in Social Work, Psychology, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, human resources or any related field
Professional experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of relevant work experience in project Management, preferably in the Protection or Humanitarian sectors
Professional requirements:
- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
- Extensive knowledge of the Syrian Context and experience in governmental requirements
- Demonstrate experience or willingness to learn the different donors’ compliance and reporting
Personal requirements:
- Leadership and people management
- Team building and cooperation
- Strategic vision, results and quality orientation
- Understanding of humanitarian operations principles, standards and best practices
- Non-discriminatory attitude
- Ability to work and integrate in a multicultural team
- Active listening and empathy
- Behavioural flexibility and stress management
- Commitment to INTERSOS principles

- Fluency in English and Arabic (Written and Spoken)
