Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for all IT systems
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and access controls
• Support cloud migration and digital transformation projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment
Specific Vacancy Requirements
• Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco/HP), virtualization (VMware), and Microsoft environments
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and protocols
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+) preferred
• Local nationals preferred
