- Be responsible for the company’s compliance management, crisis response, dispute case handling, and legal risk prevention.
- Assist in the management of litigation matters, including working with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.
- Track changes in local laws and regulations related to company’s business, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and provide suggestions or warnings to business departments in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance compliance and risk management.
