Responsibilities
1-Communication:
-Schedule and develop social media content across platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
-Manage and maintain the Syria Webpage to ensure its content is accurate and up to date.
-Maintain success stories, photo libraries, and other communications databases in an organized manner.
-Ensure all visibility materials are available.
-Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and media engagements.
-Design and develop promotional materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, graphics).
-Ensure internal and external branding is used correctly as per visibility guidelines.
-Design and produce high-quality communication/visibility materials (photos, videos, stories) and tools (for internal and external use), including project fact sheets, maps, thematic reports, advocacy papers, case studies, infographics, etc., to be used in local or international (HQ requests to feed information/fundraising campaigns).
2-Grants:
-Assist with drafting and proofreading grant proposals, concept notes, and supporting documents and annexes.
-Maintain and update the Programme Follow-up Tool (PFU).
-Organize and maintain grant files, including proposals, reports, and supporting documents on SharePoint.
-Provide general administrative and operational support to the Grants Manager as needed.
The tasks and responsibilities outlined in the Job description are not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the needs of HEKS/EPER Country Office. The staff may be requested to perform other tasks as their Line Manager may deem necessary.
