Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyze the Syrian market, identify trends, monitor competitors, and explore new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate pricing strategies, promotional offers, and commercial plans with relevant departments.
- Oversee market expansion initiatives and strengthen the company’s market presence across different regions.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets, profitability, and long-term commercial sustainability.


Qualifications
- Intermediate Institute in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven experience in the food industry with strong understanding of FMCG sales operations.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Syrian market and distribution channels.
- Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, and major retail accounts is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead large sales teams and manage multi-regional operations.
- Experience in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and annual sales plans.
- High level of commercial awareness and market adaptability.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
