Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Preferred graduate with bachelors or Diploma in logistics/supply chain management or in engineering/ business management or have any relevant experience in Supply chain.
General Work Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of progressive Supply Chain professional experience,
• Experience working with in an ERP environment
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Experience working with a diverse portfolio of Donors and knowledge of specific donor guidelines.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
• Have a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under sometimes acute hardship conditions against tight deadlines.
• Strong computer and communication equipment skills, including in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communicator, negotiating to facilitate and presenting
• Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed structure
• Excellent training and coaching ability
• Ability to travel to remote field offices.

Key Working Relationships:
Position Reports to: Head of Supply chain and Supply chain coordinator
External: May Serve as AFH/SYD Supply Chain representative in outside meetings, other non-governmental organizations, inter-agency groups and foundations.
