Responsibilities
-Handle cash payments for petty expenses in accordance with FCA financial procedures.
-Assist in processing payments, petty cash, and bank transactions in line with FCA financial policies.
-Track staff advances and follow up on timely settlement of advances.
-Conduct cash counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and report any discrepancies.
-Scan vouchers and other financial supporting documents and ensure proper filing.
-Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial documentation (both soft and hard copies).
-Support preparation for internal and external audits, as well as donor financial reviews.
-Any other tasks upon requested.
Qualifications
-University/ institution degree in Finance, Business Administration or related subject.
-Good in English.
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial work (Banking, NGO, or INGO)
-Experience in compliance is a plus.
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
-Managing priorities, critical time and deadlines.
-Hard worker
-Well organized.

Salary and Benefits
As per FCA salary scale
Contract will be Service contract for 3 months renewable according to the budget availability and performance.
