Responsibilities
• Develop and monitor technical performance indicators (KPIs) across engineering and maintenance functions.
• Analyze operational and maintenance performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of technical performance metrics with corporate objectives and service level requirements.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with technical managers and unit heads to address performance deviations.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee CMMS data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Conduct performance reviews of technical contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
• Support budget monitoring through performance-based cost analysis.
• Participate in internal audits and performance assessments.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of performance management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Certification in performance management or data analytics is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in performance monitoring, maintenance management, or engineering operations.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
