Responsibilities
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for buildings, civil works, and infrastructure assets.
• Ensure structural integrity and operational reliability of terminals, administrative buildings, airside structures, roads, and utility networks.
• Supervise building and infrastructure unit heads, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, construction regulations, and aviation operational requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other technical departments.
• Oversee contractor performance related to building and civil maintenance contracts.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Support refurbishment, rehabilitation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping of maintenance activities.
• Participate in risk assessments related to infrastructure resilience and operational continuity.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of building and infrastructure management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in building and infrastructure maintenance or civil engineering.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in airport or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
