Responsibilities
• Support development and maintenance of organizational charts and structures.
• Participate in job analysis and job description creation/revision processes.
• Assist in workforce planning and headcount budgeting exercises.
• Conduct organizational research and benchmarking on structural best practices.
• Support design of competency frameworks and career pathing models.
• Analyze structural gaps and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure job grading and levelling align with overall organizational framework.
• Prepare organizational data reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders on restructuring initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within organizational design scope.
