Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Responsible to join our small but growing company. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has at least five years of HR experience in a small to medium-sized organization and is capable of managing HR functions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Organize and deliver employee training and development programs
- Support payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of employee benefits
- Oversee workplace safety, health, and compliance with labor standards
- Promote a positive company culture through team-building and engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
