Responsibilities
• Execute assigned operational tasks related to terminal operations in accordance with procedures and instructions.
• Monitor daily operational activities and report deviations, issues, or risks to supervisors.
• Support coordination between operational units during daily activities.
• Collect operational data and support preparation of routine operational reports.
• Assist supervisors and duty managers in monitoring service flow and task completion.
• Support documentation, record keeping, and reporting related to operational activities.
• Participate in shift handover activities by providing accurate operational information.
• Support implementation of corrective actions related to operational findings.
• Maintain effective communication with operational teams and coordination units.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of terminal operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in terminal operations, airport services, or similar operational environments.
• Understanding of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or International Air Transport Association (IATA) service standards and passenger handling regulations.
• Knowledge of terminal operations and service workflows.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and instructions accurately.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in terminal operations, airport services, or similar operational environments.
