Responsibilities
–Validate and reconcile amounts across invoices, vendor bills, and usage reports (e.g., AWS and other cloud platforms).
–Review and compare usage versus cost data from multiple sources, including cloud consoles, distributors, and internal accounts.
–Monitor and track profitability metrics to support financial decision-making.
–Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in invoices or usage data on time.
–Prepare clear financial summaries and reconciliation reports.
–Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to follow up on billing and usage queries.
-Maintain organized records of reconciliations and correspondence to support audits and reviews.
–Prepare and maintain up-to-date cash flow reports, giving the team a clear and accurate picture of where money is coming in and going out.
