Responsibilities
1) Digital Campaign Management
•Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
•Monitor and optimize campaigns for lower CPC, CPA, and higher ROAS.
•Manage retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation.
2) Social Media Management
•Develop monthly content calendars for social platforms.
•Create engaging posts (images, videos, reels, stories).
•Manage page interactions, respond to messages, and grow audience organically.
3) SEO & Website Optimization
•Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
•Work with developers/designers to optimize landing pages for higher conversion.
•Monitor site performance through Google Analytics/Search Console.
4) Email & CRM Marketing
•Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
•Segment email lists to improve relevance and engagement.
•Track open rates, CTR, and conversions.
5) Content Creation & Coordination
•Write content for social, blogs, newsletters, ads, and landing pages.
•Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies for creatives.
•Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
6) Analytics & Reporting
•Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
•Analyze traffic, lead generation, ROAS, engagement, and conversion funnel.
•Recommend improvements based on data insights.
7) Market & Competitor Analysis
•Monitor competitor digital activities, ad creatives, and SEO standing.
•Track trends in customer behavior and platform algorithm changes.
8) Budget Management
•Manage monthly digital spend effectively.
•Allocate budget across channels based on performance.
9) Collaboration
•Work with sales teams to improve the lead quality and follow-up process.
•Coordinate with product, design, and customer support for campaign.
Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience
•1–4 years in digital marketing (industry experience is a plus).
•Hands-on experience with paid ads or social media marketing is preferred.
Technical Skills:
•Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (as applicable).
•Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
•SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush/Moz).
•Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
•Graphic tools (Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus).
•CRM management experience is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
•Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
•Creative mindset for content and campaigns.
•Excellent communication (Arabic & English as needed).
•Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
