Responsibilities
Position Purpose
To lead and manage all Human Resources functions within the hotel, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talented employees while fostering a positive work environment that supports the hotel’s operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
•Implement and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
•Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
•Promote effective communication between management and employees.
•Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels and recommend improvement initiatives.
2. Recruitment and Workforce Planning
•Identify staffing requirements in coordination with department heads.
•Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
•Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
•Develop relationships with educational institutions and support internship programs.
3. Training and Development
•Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
•Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
•Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
•Assist managers in developing high-potential employees and future leaders.
4. Compensation, Benefits, and HR Administration
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
•Coordinate payroll, compensation, and employee benefits administration with the Finance Department.
•Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management updates.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Health, Safety, and Compliance
•Support the implementation of health and safety standards throughout the hotel.
•Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
•Promote a safe and productive working environment for all employees.


Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
•Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
