Responsibilities
The trainer will carry out the following tasks:
Train teachers on the principles of inclusive education within school settings.
Support mechanisms for the inclusion of children with disabilities in classroom activities.
Develop simple classroom adaptations to accommodate children with disabilities.
Support the development of Individual Learning Support Plans (ILSPs).
Promote a culture of acceptance and equality among children.
The trainer(s) will report technically to the project management and work in coordination with the Education and Protecon teams.

Qualifications
Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Inclusive Education, or any related educational field.
3–5 years of experience in inclusive education activities.
Experience in training teachers or specialists working with children with disabilities.
Knowledge of INEE standards for education in emergencies and conflict or displacement settings.
Experience working with children with disabilities (physical, sensory, intellectual, psychosocial).
Ability to design diverse inclusive educational activities.
Practical and interactive training skills.
3–5 years of experience in inclusive education activities.
Experience in training teachers or specialists working with children with disabilities.

Salary and Benefits
Please note that this is not an employment position. The selected candidate will be engaged under a service contract and will not be considered an employee of the organization.
Compensation will be provided on a per-session basis, at a rate of 7,300 New SYP per training session. Payment will be made based on the number of sessions successfully delivered and approved in accordance with the terms of the service contract.
