Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee engineering planning frameworks and project governance structures.
• Manage the preparation, review, and validation of technical studies, specifications, and project scopes.
• Lead capital planning activities in coordination with finance and technical departments.
• Ensure effective scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Monitor project performance indicators including cost, timeline, scope, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and airport operational requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, procurement, and external consultants during project execution.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation plans related to engineering projects.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping of project activities.
• Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Support strategic planning related to asset development and infrastructure expansion.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of engineering and project planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or related field).
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering, project planning, or infrastructure development.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role within large-scale projects or airport environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools.
• Understanding of airport infrastructure systems and operational constraints.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Financial and cost control knowledge.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
