Responsibilities
Job Summary :
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role requires effective leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
.Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities.
.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
.Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
.Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
.Manage project changes and evaluate their impact on cost, time, and scope.
.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and project management best practices.
.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
.Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned upon project completion.
