Responsibilities
1-Lead and manage daily workshop operations.
2-Ensure maintenance and repair activities are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
3-Maximize technician productivity.
4-Minimize equipment and truck downtime.
5-Oversee the diagnosis of complex technical issues.
6-Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians.
7-Review completed repair and maintenance work before the vehicle or equipment is handed over to the customer.
8-Ensure compliance with OEM standards and approved operating procedures.
9-Plan and assign work.
10-Monitor productivity and performance metrics.
11-Coordinate closely with Parts and Service departments to ensure the availability of required spare parts.
12-Ensure timely completion of jobs.
13-Lead technical teams.
14-Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.

1-Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, brake systems
hydraulic systems, transmission systems, powertrain, fuel systems.
2-Advanced knowledge of suspension and steering systems, electrical and electronic systems.
3-Good understanding of emission control and exhaust after-treatment systems such as DPF and AdBlue.
4-Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
5-Proficiency in managing technical teams.
6-Ability to make effective operational and technical decisions.
7-Strong leadership skills.
8-Strong problem-solving skills.
9-Strong communication skills.
10-Advanced English language proficiency, particularly in oral communication.
