Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for large-scale projects.
2. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and technical departments (including MEP and surveying) to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery, addressing risks and making adjustments as needed.
5. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
6. Manage project budgets and ensure overall project profitability.
7. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.
8. Oversee execution across multiple project types, including commercial complexes and infrastructure works.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
1. Prior professional experience outside Syria is required.
2. Direct, hands-on experience with MEP works and surveying works.
3. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale/strategic projects such as commercial complexes and infrastructure developments.
