Operating in the MENA and GCC region since 2015 we have gained extensive experience in the HMA sector. With regional activities in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Qatar and the UAE, GCS has demonstrable experience in deploying teams for training and utilization of demining machines in the region. We have knowledge of the contamination levels in Syria after carrying out several exploratory visits since 2017. During subsequent visits, a need has been identified for sustained clearance activities. In 2023, GCS established a branch office which is 100% owned by GCS AG, with full accreditation from UNMAS-Syria. The registration and accreditation remain in force.
