Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the development and implementation of project activities to ensure consistency with project objectives.
• Instruct field Monitors in implementing the project strategy in the assigned area of work.
• Assist in managing expenditures for project activities to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Assist in gathering all monitoring information on a regular basis and document lessons learned from field visits and project activities.
• Provide regular reports to the line manager regarding project progress in terms of learning aspects, participation in project activities and other related matters.
• Assist in identifying resources and documenting lessons learned in the programme.
• Assisting the field team in collecting field data.
• Establishing relationships with relevant parties such as suppliers, the local council and the intended beneficiaries.
• Facilitating the logistical aspects of the project.
• Assist in the program and coordination of project activities for the target population, including budgeting, planning, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of all project activities from Action For Humanity.
Qualifications
• University degree/Institute degree in Project
Management/Engineering/Humanities or any related field
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Desirable Experience
• Two years of experience in in-kind distribution projects, and cash support.
• Preferably with Program Implementation Experience in the FSL sector, including different modalities.
• To make sure reports is in time
• To work as part of the team.
• To work independently as required
• Strong written communication
Skills:
• Languages:
• Arabic: Good (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
• English: Intermediate (writing, reading, speaking)
• Computing:
• Excel (essential for reporting)
• Word (necessary for reporting).
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Time management.
• Previous experience in program implementation is highly desirable.
