Responsibilities
• To accomplish systems engineering processes and sub-processes.
• Perform systems planning activities associated with design, development, manufacturing, and modification of systems to satisfy customer requirements.
• Identify transitions of new technologies in systems and subsystems.
• Prepare, evaluate, and implement methods, processes, and techniques that support system design to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability for systems development and modification programs.
• Conduct design studies and manages studies contracted to industries.
• Participate in formulating program documentation and progress assessments for all phases of the acquisition process.
• Provide technical consultation.
• Coordinate engineering and technical management activities.
• Advise management and staff on operations, current and revised policies and procedures, and new business practices.
• Coordinate with other functional activities to accomplish advance planning and to ensure process integration is accomplished, accurate, and understood.
• Maintain engineering and technical management liaison with contractors, company field organizations, and other governmental agencies.
• Maintain work flow data to meet deadline and established priorities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant 3-5 years experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong coordination, communication, and field follow-up capabilities.
