Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementation of the financial policies;
• Manage the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements,
balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports;
• Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual
expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and
budgets;
• Responsible for control of the income and expenditure in the company;
• Review planning process and suggests improvements to current methods;
• Work with the Board and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities
for the planning process;
• Study long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and
market share;
• Analyze operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination;
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new business areas;
• Be completely abreast of all governance requirements and ensure they are all complied
with;
• Accountable for operating an effective procedure for evaluation of capital expenditure
proposals and presenting the same in an effective manner for decision making;
• Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS and quarterly review of accounts and annual
audits;
• Develop and maintain cordial relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors,
investors and other agencies;
• Continuously explore and put in place viable, sustainable, optimal & cost-effective fund
raising options;
• Ensure appropriate Review of Customer & Suppler contracts & billing;
• Ensure preparation, presentation and interpretation of periodic management report;
• Draw attention to any point of weakness in the operations as indicated by accounting
systems;
• Ensure that training and skills development of financial staff are carried out appropriate to
their duties;
• Assist in the development ERP based financial accounting and financial information
systems;

Qualifications
• Graduation. Minimum 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting
from reputed Organisation out of which at least 4 years as Manager;
• Strong hands-on experience in financial standards, financial planning, budgeting,
banking, taxation, cash flow management, inventory control, and MIS.
• Decision making ability, people management skills, ability to do multi-task, prioritize
work and meet tight schedules, excellent interpersonal, communication &
presentation skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office suites like excel, knowledge in SAP will be an added
advantage.
• Follow ethical behaviour.
