_Comply with generally accepted accounting assets and financial and accounting rules adopted by the organization in order to prove the various financial operations.
_ The receipt of purchase orders from the administrative section and ensure obtaining the required approvals and to prepare the necessary exchange orders.
_Receive the organization's bills, validating and compliance with purchase orders and orders of exchange approved assets.
_Matching the daily revenue service centers.
_Organize monthly bills for associations and bodies that deal with the organization and follow-up bill collection.
_Organize wrote own financial department mailings (books conversion, correspondence banking ..) and the follow-up to the signing of the parties concerned in accordance with the powers set out for it.
_Participate in an inventory of fixed assets every two years (or less if necessary).
_Prepare reports of cash and bank accounts in a weekly or monthly basis.
_Receive cash donations from donors and documented in the records.
_Keep supporting documents and papers in the files and records of the financial department in accordance with the organization's policies.
