Responsibilities
Reports directly to General Director
1.Objective: to seek cost cutting through the good management of company assets
2.Create and monitor a system of procedures to record and control fixed assets.
3.Assign tag numbers to fixed assets
4.Record fixed assets acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
5.Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
6.Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
7.Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets
8.Conduct periodic physical inventory of fixed assets
9.Report all assets that have been partially or totally damaged or destroyed
10.Follow up on maintenance and repair where necessary

Qualifications
-Minimum a Bachelor's degree in accounting
-3 years experience in Fixed Assets Management
-Good command of accounting software and Microsoft office
-Excellent English language
-Ready to travel periodically between offices and facilities within Syria
