Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot and solve computer and LAN problems.
-Answer staff questions in person and via phone or email on all company supported applications.
-Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
-Advise staff on appropriate action.
-Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
-Assist in documenting resolutions for future reference.
-Perform hardware and software upgrades and installations.
-Ability to learn and support new applications.
-Responsible for department’s warehouse organization.
-Preventing technical resources misuse.
-Assist in periodic assets inventory.

Qualifications
-MCP
-A+ Certificate.
-Network+ Certificate.
