Responsibilities
1-Opens accounts for bank customers.
2-Explain services available to customers.
3-Help customers resolve accounts problems.
4-Help customers complete applications.
5-Assist banking customers by answering questions about their accounts and available banking services.
6-Provide information enquiries about products or services.
7-Understand the customers problems and also resolve complaints.
8-Make regular changes or updates to a customer’s profiles and accounts information.
9-Keep records of transactions and maintain a database of information.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree in finance / Business Administration / Marketing.
2.Advanced computer skills.
3.Proficiency in English and Arabic.
4.Must have good communication skills.
5.Able to work under pressure.
6.Excellent Analytical and presentations skills.
7.Strong negotiations skills.
