Responsibilities
1-Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
2-Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
3-Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
4-Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
5-Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
6-Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.
7-Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
8-Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the company to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
9-Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
10-Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.
11-Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, is required.
-Must have familiarity and understanding of C# programming language, ASP.NET html development, database design concepts, and IIS.
-Minimum 2 years experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers. experience design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design
