1. Administrate attendance and overtime system and records.
2. Administrate employees' loyalty programs as per set procedure.
3. Prepare monthly deduction related to attendance & leaves and payment related to overtime records.
4. Submit and follow up Employee Change of Status “ECS” requests related to location change (per city) and graduation on system and apply needed salary modifications for all promotion cases.
5. Follow up the confirmation of lateral and vertical promotion cases and ensure timely salary modification upon confirmation.
6. Maintain up-to-date employees' assignment details and activate new recruits' payroll entries on timely manner.
7. Align employees' assignments with latest organization chart update on timely manner.
8. Maintain up to date mobile limit on system and propose mobile limit study in case of special request related to business need.
9. Check and validate martyrs cases, needed documents and eligibility.
10. Handle employees’ Bank Change requests.
11. Provide Service Desk with needed data related to incentive calculation.
12. Prepare and generate needed reports within section scope on timely and accurate manners.
13. Answer employees’ inquires on payroll related issues and handle received complaints.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
