Responsibilities
1. Conduct mobile and business solutions research that fulfill market needs.
2. Prepare feasibility study for each new project (mobile application / business solution) including content availability, technical and regulatory study.
3. Contribute in the preparation of the yearly business solutions and mobile applications roadmap.
4. Propose suitable business case for each assigned roadmap project (mobile application / business solution) including business model, pricing model and return on investment (ROI).
5. Provide business analyst with projects scope and high level requirements including required features.
6. Negotiate with stakeholders on the proposed business model and requirements and assure their consistency and completeness in coordination with business analyst.
7. Prepare SyTRA (Syrian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) correspondences related to mobile application and business solution requests in coordination with concerned parties. (newly added)
8. Coordinate with Copywriting Section to prepare the needed literature for business solution.
9. Evaluate new mobile applications and business solutions provided by service providers, modify, develop and add any needed functions in coordination with the concerned in MIS Department.
10. Apply acceptance test for mobile applications and business solutions from user experience and functionality point of view and report defects to project manager.
11. Prepare and maintain processes, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) required for mobile applications operated by related company.
12. Coordinate with concerned parties to handle customers' requests, complaints and feedback related to mobile applications and business solutions.
13. Participate in planning, organizing and managing competitions related to mobile application development founded by Syriatel.
14. Assist in formulating corporate business & marketing strategies in cooperation with Corporate Solution Specialist.
15. Provide Digital Marketing Section with the needed information about any new mobile application.
16. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
17. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Software Engineering/ IT/ Marketing /Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: NA
