Responsibilities
1. Administer, Maintain,support and customize Application sunits systems, continuously upon customer's request and according to emerging business needs.
2. Design sites, libraries and work flows of Document Management System, develop and implement customization and upgrades for Document Management System platform.
3. Ensure Application sunit's system savailability, stability and good performance to achieve customer satisfaction and in line with adopted standards and ITIL service management principles.
4. Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patch updates and cloning of Applications Unit's systems.
5. Log, categorize, initially diagnose, resolve or reassign and follow up incidents reported by users and as per the service catalog of applications support section.
6. Identify, analyze, fix or recommend appropriate resolution.
7. Report both bugs and change requests to concerned soft ware development unit or suppliers.
8. Escalateunre solved incidents/service requests tot he concerned functions.
9. Contribute efficient lyinbuildingaro bust Knowledge Database as perdiagnosis and resolution of incident sand Known Errors related to the Application unit's systems.
10. Maintain the Configurations Management Database for the Application's unit and ensure that Applications Unit Configurations Items are up-to-date.
11. Design and Build Service catalogs work flows in coordinating with the business owners, Quality Management Systems Unit and Service Desk Unit.
12. Design,build and customize systems such as reports,forms, workflows, custom packages,alerts,web pages and integrations, to meet customer requirements and provide relevant technical documentation.
13. Conduct secure deployment of changes on production system.
14. Conduct and follow up all type softesting such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with MI-Quality Assurance and Testing Unit for the customizations and upgrade simplemented on systems and applications.
15. Coordinate with the direct line of authority and the concerned Project Manager about the assigned tasks that are parts of projects and deliver tasks as per the agreed schedule.
16. Prepare and update technical documentations for all activities and assigned tasks related to the section.

Qualifications
1. Education:BachelordegreeinComputerScience/SoftwareEngineering/ ISis required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years Development Experience is plus
3. Professional Certification: OCP,OCA,MCAD, are plus
