Responsibilities
* Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
* Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
* Create and execute lead generation programs
* Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
* Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
* Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree required
* Working knowledge of Google Ad-words and Google Analytics
* Experience in creating and managing Social Media Campaigns (on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
* Experience in mass mailing, lead generation and lead attraction.
* Understanding and functional experience with search engine optimization practices
* Familiar with Ads Manager and Power Editor
* Familiar with Google Docs, Google Drive
* Always researching, applying, and refining relevant Social Media reputation utilities and best practices
* Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Creative, fast, and thorough
* Working knowledge of Google Ad-words and Google Analytics
