- Master’s degree in Engineering. However, people with Engineering Bachelors are free to apply
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of varied audience
- Excellent analytical skills, as the candidate must be able to crunch numbers and provide a logical conclusion out of them
- Self-starter, have a sense for adventure and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, speaking, and writing
