Responsibilities
1-Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
2-Meets with people in other departments to help promote product
3-Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
4-Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product
5-Responds to any inquiries from the consumer
6-Evaluates the performance of salespeople
7-Reads and evaluates sales reports
8-Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management
9-Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers
10-Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
11-Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have
12-Has the ability to read any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers
13-Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
14-Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them

Qualifications
1-Bachelor Degree in BA at least or any related Field.
2- 3 years experience at least in the same field of work.
3-Excellent English Language ( Reading,writing & speaking).
4-Very Good at MS Office Programs.
5-High communication skills.
6-High negotiation skills.
7-Good Looking.
