Responsibilities
1- Manage the call center and customer care team.
2- Supervise the workflow and insure correct steps are done.
3- Review all accepted and rejected orders daily.
4- Hire and train new agents for the call center and customer care team.
5- Schedule shifts, day off and leaves for the team.
6- Fill in for other team members when needed.
7- Solve and prevent any issues according to company procedures (work and team related)
8- Make sure that the team is meeting work standards.
9- Planning and controlling changes.
10- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

Qualifications
University degree in a related field.
3 years experience in managing a similar operation team.
